I was very disappointed with my stay. When we arrived at the condo, the check-in process took about 45 minutes, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.
The customer service team called right after check in and was initially very pleasant. However, once I raised concerns about the condition of the unit, their responsiveness changed—they were no longer engaging, and my issues remain unresolved as of today, almost a month later. They have not returned my calls and give me the runaround.
The online photos of the property were extremely misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. The rental itself was dirty and clearly not well-maintained. The floors were filthy! Rust in the refrigerator, baseboards and bathrooms were dirty too which made the overall cleanliness very concerning. Outside the master bedroom, there was a metal threshold with about a 4-inch lip that posed a serious safety hazard—someone could easily trip, injured themselves, or even fall toward the balcony.
Basic hygiene essentials were also missing—there was no soap in the dispensers, only one roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms and only two bath towels.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here. I travel for work and pleasure and by far this was one of the worst places I/we have stayed in especially for the money.
