Perfect hotel for a trip to Rome!
Beautiful hotel, great modern room with clean good sized bathroom. The breakfast every morning was great served from 7am, it had fresh pastries from the bakery across the street, a good selection of scrambled egg, sausage and bacon as well as the staff making any fresh coffee you wanted. The location was perfect as it is walking distance from all the attractions in the city and is surrounded by restaurants and bars only a short walk away. It was quiet and the welcome was very warm from the staff, especially Leonardo who is a credit to the hotel. Top tip; if getting the train from Fiumcino airport try to get it to the Trastevere train station if at this hotel, much cheaper than to or from Termini and not full of dodgy characters like we found when we arrived into termini on the first day. Similar walking distance of about 1.5 miles and was €12 cheaper for 2 tickets.

Gluten Free
The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. One of us was gluten free, would have love some options to be able to eat at the roof terrace as it looked very inviting. So many lovely gluten free places locally though. Missed having a kettle in the room for my mother but they were very happy to provide one. Couldn't have been more helpful.

November vacation trip
A nice, reasonably quiet location in an otherwise bustling big city. We could walk to most major attractions and had many excellent dining options nearby. The staff here were extraordinary, somehow anticipating our every need. Local directions, temporary luggage storage and an effortless taxi ride back to the airport were all arranged quickly and professionally. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, even some gluten and lactose free foods for those with food allergies.

From our arrival, the staff was rude and not cooperative. Room´s air conditioning unit was not working so room was hot and humid. Lighting seemed to have an off connection. Internet connection was not friendly, and went off. Even the staff was not helpful with this issue. This was a very disappointing stay, mostly because of the lack of minimum service from the staff. Will never stay here again nor recommend.

Friendly staff, Very willing to help
The room was small, we knew that before we booked. It is in downtown Rome and close to everything. The price was reasonable. Our flight was early, about 8:30 AM, so we took a taxi to the hotel where the staff let us put our luggage in a locked room and let us explore Rome until our room was ready. The check in time was supposed to be 2 PM, but the people at the counter were very understanding and told us that they would do everything they could to get us into the room early, making it a priority. They were true to their word, as we got our room around 11 AM. It might have been earlier, but we were out having fun at the pantheon.
