6/10 Good

Although the room was comfortable and the location excellent for the station, the air conditioning was not working during our stay which made sleeping difficult. A charge was also made to my card for a holding deposit, which I wasn’t informed of. The hotel failed to respond to my Hotels.com messages. Not a great stay!

Great helpful staff. Had tasty dinner at the restaurant. They did forget to have ready Nespresso capsules in my room but remedied that when I asked for some at front desk.

8/10 Very good

The Hotel location is excellent, 2 blocks from the Central train station and shopping streets. But don't use the hotel in summer because the air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work. The hotel gave us a fan and we maintained the windows open.

Staff was excellent—efficient and helpful, especially in Mysa, particularly Nay Krause and Ada. Only criticism is the bathroom sink area does not allow space for toiletries, shower was difficult, sink would not close.
