Loved the room we had overlooking the sea. Large balcony & large room. Food very good. Close to either Puerto Rico or Amadores, both around a 10 minute walk in either direction.

A nice hotel with great views. Dinner buffet wasn’t great but sufficient. Check in is a bit of a lottery. Some rooms are ready by 12 others not till 4. We had to wait till 3:30 despite being told check in was at 2:00

Enjoyable break bar one hostile waiter
Enjoyable stay on the whole, good location and all the facilities you need. Food choice limited, ok if you just wanting standard English cuisine. The majority of staff were lovely, spoilt by incident in restaurant, we were half board and you needed your room card to put drinks onto your room at dinner, one evening I forgot said card and the drinks waiter insisted I went back to our room for the card, to pay for a bottle of water when I was half way through my meal - not very customer friendly.

Great location, amazing facilities, great staffs, especially entertainment . However, reception staffs could be better prepared, some of them had a very poor English. Booked a room with Sea View and they gave a room on the ground floor, to change we had to go to reception 5 times and staffs were all given different information, basically a part of my day was ruined trying to solve this issue.

Lovely hotel, but food could be better
Hotel is lovely and clean, rooms are spacious and location is gorgeous. Unfortunately buffet in the evening is average. Not a lot of authentic local dishes, but very much catering for the foreign tourists. Unfortunately the hotel was over booked on our first night so we did not get the room we had booked. We manage to change room from the second night onwards, but it was not ideal.
