Fix the lock to the garage
I wanted to park in the garage because it was snowing. You have to have a key. I get back in the car, reload all my luggage, drive to the front, parallel park on the street and check in. Next day, i try the garage again. The light is out in the portal. It is pitch black, but i can see the light from the card reader. I try the card every way it can go, and it doesn't work. I drive around the front and park in the pull in spots in front. The front desk confirms my key is good but gives me another one in case. Next day, the whole process repeats itself except there was more light. Just tell me the lock is broken, quit wasting my time and let me know i am going to have to deal with snow and wind

Superb hotel.
Great hotel. Front desk worker was so friendly at both check-in and check-out. Room was super nice and bed felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. Indoor pool and hot tub are nice, just wish the jets would stay on longer or button was closer. Lol
