Lots of language barriers even when English is being used. Breakfast quality and selection is not what it was in 2020. Lots of fresh juices, fruit, meats and breads were not available. Raw/Cold Bacon that was not Ham. Stale cereal that was not changed until it was mentioned again the next day. Accompanied by warm milk. The BBQ at night option is amazing. Spices and utensils missing. Stay away. This is not the W it once was.

Unforgettable Honeymoon
As many have said the staff is one of a kind and truly makes your vacation. House reef was amazing. Resort was very accommodating of all our needs and wishes. Would absolutely stay here again. Only thing to note is to be careful of what is included and what is not with certain food and boarding options as they can be confusing or not direct.
