Lovely, helpful staff. Very clean room. Nice enough breakfast. Only issue for us was double sofa bed with a 15 year old and 5 year old isn't ideal so maybe some rooms with separate beds for families as kids don't always want to sleep in the same bed. One of us (Dad) ended up on the floor.
