Generally a good room, except the bathtub drain was half clogged, conditioner bottle wasn't refilled and was out of conditioner (they use refillable bottles), and my sleep was disturbed numerous times by the smell of weed from next door (they were smoking at 4 am).

Horrible Experience! Never again!
I don’t understand how this site can be a “Holiday Inn”. Tiny bathroom, no place to put soap in tub, the water in the tub wouldn’t shut completely off (dripping all night), bathroom door comes inches from hitting toilet, sink drain was backing up, the fridge terribly un-level (rocked back and forth), wall control for climate control did not work, hotel employees very rude and unprofessional. Book a different hotel and save yourself the headache..! First time ever leaving a review. If there is a “next time”, I will get pics to show...

Newport thanksgiving stay
Our family of four had a wonderful stay here. Room was very clean and spacious, bed was not the comfiest but it worked for a few nights. Away from the main road so we didn't hear any traffic.

It was great to find a hotel room that had 2 beds & lots of grab bars in the bathroom...traveling with my disabled father. The room was larger than I expected which was appreciated. The grab & go breakfasts had a decent variety of food offerings. The staff members were all very friendly & helpful. The room was quiet & well stocked. I would have appreciated at least one room cleaning during our 4 day stay, but i understand that Covid has altered usual protocol.

The whole experience was great. The person that checked us in at the front desk was super helpful about the surrounding areas and even got us a room an hour earlier than check-in which was perfect. The whole place is extremely clean. Will definitely go back
