Not one to complain, but would be selfish of me not to share my experience. The service was very poor. Upon arriving sheets AND pillow case had a blood stain. They didn’t offer to do anything to help - I had to convince them. Then woke up with bed bug bites. Still they didn’t do anything to help. They wouldn’t let us change rooms... Seems like they just care about money. Otherwise, decent hotel with nice pool and restaurant.

We got to Mazatlán earlier than planned and asked if we could do an early check in (check in was at 3pm) they said we could for 600 pesos more ($30usd) or we could come back at 1 to check if any rooms were available for free early check in. We denied paying more for early check in. We checked back at 1, 1:30, and 2. The lady wouldn’t even check to see if rooms were available. We ended up checking in at 3. I just don’t see how they had rooms available for early check in only if I paid the extra charge. The ac didn’t work in the room but we didn’t say anything about that naciste there was a nice breeze that would come in from the balcony.

Bed was very comfortable. Sheets, covers too short for the bed, no face cloths at the property so we had to use hand towels, mold spots in shower, glass doors clicking together all night as the wind blew and you could hear everything outside as if the door was open. No fridge or microwave in the room. We reserved a king bed but none were available so on our 24th year anniversary, we slept in separate beds ;(. The room appeared to be clean otherwise.

Deceiving from the pictures
Front desk at checking wasn't the easiest, the printer want's working so they ask me to email the confirmation instead or printing my driver's license, internet was so slow, so this took for ever. Pool and gym was under construction. This was the main reasons I booked this hotel in the first place. Ice machine was broken, Pool view was nice, beds are comfortable and clean rooms inside. Great location. Overall ok.
