Great location noisy uncomfortable room 701
Stayed room 701 March 12 2020 king bed had collapsed springs slept in middle of bedbug kept rolling to edge. Room is next to staff quarters stairway with staff clunking up and down on wall side pipes banging which would be easy fix get some clamps soap dispenser did not dispence they fixed them they still didn't work other than that it is a nice place good restaurant

The hotel itself is very nice, but there are no lounges or places to sit and relax, apart from your room.The hotel does not have a restaurant, they use the one at the front, which has the same name but is a different business,its not bad, but the breakfast is a sad affair, everything is charged seperately, $7aud for breakfast, 2aud for Indonesian coffee, 80c for milk,1aud per tea bag, and so on, top hotels in the area do smorgasbord breakfast, unlimited, for $13aud.

The staff at Yulia were amazing! They are very friendly and helpful in any way. I would recommend adding the breakfast package, if you're not planning on visiting different places each morning, as the selection is quite good and very tasty. The whole property is very clean, it is a great location, far enough away from the main road for insulation, and only a very short walk to the beach.

Security issue - beware !
Staff forgot to give us back our passports after we gave them to photocopy. We only realised that after our lunch as we were so tired. The same staff was also rude and condescending when we checked in. One of our rooms was in the new wing and it was unbearable. Even at 18c, the room was like an oven and even with the cold water tap set at max coolness, it was running hot water throughout. We even changed the room from ground level to a higher floor but same problem.

The hotel is very good, staff good ,the position is very near to all the shops clubs etc my only concern would be the wifi very poor in the bedrooms not working at times.it is available in the restaurant and very good if wifi is what you need i would book another hotel

Loved our stay at Yulia Beach Inn. It’s quiet, it’s in the heart of Kuta, the staff are friendly and always have time for a chat. Love the gardens which are very lovingly maintained by the ground keeper who has worked here forever.
