Not my first time staying here and as always, it doesn’t disappoint. Only feedback was the room service did not clear the toilet dustbin on 3 out of the 5 nights I stayed. Stayed in room 426 and the aircon ventilation was quite loud unlike the other room our friends stayed.

A fantastic stay at Sunroute Higashi, very conveniently located at the center of Shinjuku made it easy for me to get around, friendly staff , clean and very organized. Only con was the constant sirens all night because of the medical center located in back.

Great Stay
It is an amazing stay for me and my family. I must kudos to the Front Desk Staff, they are friendly and professional, assisted us whenever we need help for our 6 nights stay in the hotel. Locations is excellent too, variety of food choices available. Added to that, there are two subway lines accessible, just at the basement of the hotel, really easy to travel around, The room is clean and temperature is well control, at times, we felt stuff, we could open the window to let the fresh air ventilate the room. The restaurant serves nice hot pan cakes. Overall the services both in the hotel and the restaurant is exceptionally good. My only minus point would be the room facing the main street is bit noise. You need to close the window and draw the curtains to cut the noise. We managed to have good sleep after doing that. The price we paid is way too reasonable.
