worst check-in experience
worst check-in experience ever, not professional at all. Assigned me with the worse room than i booked. The manager solved the problem after 24 hours of checked-in, but still, the initial check-in process is the worst . level of the service is below the average

Terrible experience
I booked the double room with city view but got a smaller space room with no view at all. I was trying to argue with the reception but the receptionist was not friendly at all and refused my request to change the room. I have to stay in a tiny room for a day and wait until their manager approval. Then finally manager approved my room change request and gave me an upgrade( a 2-floor room with narrow staircase). I have to packed all my luggages again and switched the room. Although the manager helped me out, I still felt terrible with this hotel. The service, and room conditions are below the 4-star hotel average. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Lovely, grandly decorated, warm and welcoming place to stay. Very central to all the tourist spots. The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. The room was warm and clean. We used the restaurant and the cafe and had some delicious food and cake. The only downside is the indoor smoking. Although I understand the indoor smoking ban has not been implemented in Serbia, this isn’t very pleasant for foreigners used to a smoke free zone. Would definitely stay here again though.

For the most part the stay was very nice with bell services and friendly staff, however the entrance and restaurant areas have a strong cigarette smoke smell, i brought my own toilet paper which the cleaners took out of my room. i had a mani-pedi that took four hours and was very poorly done and unprofessional but they refunded my money by Serbian standards its good, by american or western european standards it could better. there are smoke alarms in the rooms unlike most serbian hotels which is nice and the bed was very comfortable
