    I cannot recommend you stay here sadly. I stayed 7 nights, half of those nights i was seriously disturbed by the family next door The walls are so thin i could hear every word, cough, sneeze, movement, doors slamming constantly, and we are talking 1am and 2 am in the morning and not just when they were inconsiderately noisy but when they were being quieter too. Very, very thin walls. Staff did respond by ringing them to be quiet them but it made no difference, thin walls! I asked to move rooms and got no response from mgmt. Otherwise hotel wad ok, breakfast was average, staff genuinely nice esp the doorman during the day. He was lovely. Was perfect location for me.

    Location is great, however, the lack of rival hotels in the area has made the management complacent. Don’t expect the room to look as plush as the photos -it’s well overdue a refresh. The standard of finish is no where near an international brand hotel; which is available for the same price in BKC area a short distance away. On that basis, I regret my choice. What made my experience most disappointing was that the wifi did not work at all. Despite the fact that the wifi is already secured by a WPA password, you are still diverted to a landing page (in order to limit you to 2 devices) the management claim it’s for security -which is utter crap! Anyway, the landing page had a problem from the moment I checked in and could not authenticate any of my devices. I asked 36 hours later after many complaints, the management persisted in trial and error troubleshooting on my PC and nothing worked. I felt thoroughly annoyed because this abused several hours of my time. I repeatedly asked them to either switch off the faulty authentication s/w and give me direct access; or otherwise allow me to check out 1 night early and refund me for my final night stay. They didn’t acede to either request, Nor was I compensated. My negative review of this hotel is very reasonable based on my experience and since travel all the time throughout the globe (and have spent 3 years living in India) my expectations are realistic. I would honestly avoid this hotel, unless it undergoes a refit.
