The big apartment (upgrade) was very nice, also the apartments are very good located. Before the upgrade we were in a small apartment where the mattress was very hard. One day before my check in I got an email with a promotion link that I could upgrade to a big apartment for 10 euro per night when I realized it was not available anymore, but I could make the change when apartment was empty. They charged for this upgrade the double 20 euro it is not so expensive but it did not match with the promotion of the link. The link already expired so we could not show this anymore.

Amazing place
Perfect location, very good rooms, friendly and helpful staff :) I had the room with the kitchenette so I prepared food, I worked remotely from my room, and it was in the center of Nice so I went after and did some sightseeing. And it's 5min walk from the beach! This is all I needed for a good price. Thank you Ajoupa!

A decent place with all amenities and excellent location. The parking was a problem and the lady at the front desk was unable to explain the process and when presented when questions, she because upset and told me everyone else understood.

Central location, close to beach, shops, bars and the old town. Yet amazingly quiet when inside. Great comfy beds for a lovely sleep. All the kitchen equipment you need. Clean and safe. And great, modern interior to the suite itself. Perfect place for a trip to Nice. And the staff were SO helpful too!
