New, central cave hotel
Amazing decor, everything smells new, nice rooftop (although the restaurant next door has a better one), 24h reception, a few parking bays, good breakfast (but lacking omelette or scrambled eggs). Heads up... Waking up 6:30am for balloons (official sunrise in Oct 6:50am) is too late. They lift off much earlier. Also the public viewpoint nearby charge 25 TL per person so prepare cash early

Did not live up to star rating.
Staff were nice, but the hotel did not seem to be a priority (they were also running a travel company). Room was nice, beds were very comfortable, but bathroom has a very bad odor. The first night the staff just used a scent to cover the smell. The second day (after the shower head fell on my husband’s head) they actually fixed the fan. The hotel has a lovely terrace. Unfortunately, the day we arrived it was raining, so of course all the cushions etc were removed. However, although the next day was beautiful, the cushions were not put back. There were also dirty ashtrays laying around full of water from the rain. Breakfast was fine, but have had much better. Certainly expected better based upon the hotels.com rating.

Unique rooms carved within rock. Beautiful terrace. Comfortable beds. Central location. There was nice jacuzzi in the room but there was not enough hot water to fill it in or to take warm shower. There was slight smell in En-suite. Also we had an apartment with 2 rooms. One was walk through which was ok for us. Only this room had an air condition. It was too expensive for what it was offering. If you have mobility problems this hotel is not for you- narrow steps. There is a quirkiness in the rooms, no storage space in rooms or bathrooms. But this is probably a beauty of sleeping comfortable in a cave. Swing saloon doors to en-suite were not comfortable. Stuff very friendly and always ready to help whatever time of the day or night.

Very unique cave/ stone hotel experience (though it's quite common in Cappadocia). Lots of day tour packages you can book through the hotel which wasn't offer to us before we make our trip. It would have made our planning easier. Anyway, overall it's a pleasant experience.

Best stays in my Türkiye trip
The best thing I did during my trip to Türkiye was that I made a reservation here. The three days in the cave room were unique, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and especially the shower water pressure was the best. Above all, the best were the friendly staff who calmly cared for us every time. Also, the balloon package they provided was cheaper than the other web packages, and it was nice that I was able to reserve a balloon for the next morning right after checking in. When I rode a balloon, it was all the same whether it was expensive or cheap. Next time If I come to Cappadocia with my family, I will definitely come here again!

Stylish convenient cave hotel.
Great location. Stylish & comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast in rooftop restaurant with lots of choices. Reasonable price. Only negative was that the shower flooded the bathroom floor however careful we were!

I stayed for 2 nights and it was a great experience! Room was very clean and the heated floors helped on the cold days! The staff was more than helpful, offering advice on where to go and see along with one morning we thought we missed breakfast due to the hot air balloons, they called our room and extended breakfast so we would attend. 10/10 would recommend. Wonderful stay :)

La habitación muy bonita, en pleno centro de goreme, lo cual es muy conveniente con una vista desde la terraza donde se ven los globos en el amanecer… KADIR nos organizó todos los tours y transportes, el único problema fue que en la habitación, la regadera se salía el agua casi hasta el cuarto…. Espero arreglen ese problema

Otelin en önemli yanı yeri. Tam çarşı ortasında. Her şeye yakın. En önemli dezavantajı ise park yeri. Bu konuda maalesef otel yardım etmiyor. Resepsiyon hizmetinde sorun yaşamadık. Otel genel anlamda başarılı, fiyat performans açısından bakıldığında tam puan alır. Otele girişte bölgeye ait tanıtıcı haritalar hazırlanmış. Bu bölgedeki otellerde daha önce böyle bir şey görmemiştim. Güzel bir detay. Belki de yeni başlayan ve diğer otellere de yayılan bir konu. Bizim kullandığımız oda gayet geniş kullanışlı ve rahattı. Penceresi çarşıya bakıyordu. Oda da bir aski mevcuttu. Dolap göremedim. Yatak büyük ve rahattı. Ancak iki yastık mevcuttu. İstesek verilebilirdi ancak baştan düşünülmeli. Nevresim takımları temizdi. Banyoda tepe duş ünitesi tamir edilmeli kaçak var. Tek tip duvara monte şampuan mevcut. Duş jeli ve şampuan olarak kullanılıyor. Saç kremi konulmamış eksiklik bence. Havluları temiz yeterli başka da bir detay yoktu. Oda da mini bar mevcut içinde alkolsüz içecekler var ve ücretli. Otel altında otel işletmesine ait turizm acentesi gibi bir işletme var. Oradan bu bölgedeki aktiviteler için bilgi ve yardım alabilirsiniz. Zaten çarşı ortası mekanlar yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı üst düzey değil ancak yeterli çeşit mevcut. (구매 필요) 방 내부와 침구류 모두 청결합니다. 조식은 뷔페식으로 제공됩니다. 구성으로는 견과류, 과일, 빵, 달걀, 시리얼, 티, 올리브 등으로 알찬 식사를 경험하실 수 있습니다. 밤에 방 안에서 보는 도로 및 상점 뷰가 예쁩니다. 체크아웃 할 때 본인들이 수제로 만든 쿠션 커버를 주면서, 언제든 쿠션커버를 통해 자신들과 카파도키아를 기억해주었으면 한다고 이야기해 주었습니다. 낭만이 넘치고 세련되었으며 정이 많았던 호텔 Noah's ark cave hotel 적극 추천합니다.
