Ok for a weekend, adults can’t use waterpark :(
It was nice. Accommodation was average, pools were good, bar was a bit slack. Supremely disappointing that adults cannot use the waterpark, our son wouldn’t go on anything without us and this is the primary reason for our booking. We’ve stayed at Big4 Helensvale and Discovery in Byron and both allowed adults to access the slides.

Great place for families!
Turtle Beach Resort is a great place to bring your Family. Accomodation, although not super modern or luxurious, was spacious, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Well maintained grounds with lots of facilities… 5 pools with hot Spas, Waterpark, barbecues, bar, restaurant and kids club. Easy access to the beach and surprisingly really good dining options within close proximity of the resort. We will definitely stay here again, if we ever travel to the GC in the future.

Great family friendly resort, 4 pools, tennis, mini golf, shop and restaurant on site. Apartment was roomy but starting to show its age (damage to kitchen cabinet door, dishwasher basket damaged and difficult to use, drier filter damaged an fell out every time I opened the door. Otherwise clean and comfortable. Restaurant struggles when busy, a fairly long wait for food and you never get cutlery. A few niggled but generally a great break would recommend
