Be cautious
I book this hotel for a family vacation, then the day of our stay and during our drive, I get an email we were moved hotels. We got moved from this “4 star” hotel to a 3 star. No explanation behind it nor an option to cancel. I reached out when we got to the hotel and they gave us 10% off. Seriously? If I knew I would be getting downgraded I would not have booked here in the first place. Customer service is terrible when it comes to working with you to solve the problem. I’ve emailed a week ago and again today and still no response. They expect you to pay thousands of dollars and then change your stay and expect you to be satisfied. Would highly stay away from this hotel

The food was excellent. Lovely pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms basic and clean but could do with updating. Shower leaked. Beach nice but busy but great location with mountains behind.

Great place to spend. Mountains in the back and the sea in the front. Clean water, friendly staff. Restaurants are nice. But not equal. In one restaurant, nobody attended. In another one, bartenders were chaffing but did not care. Somewhere, they do not take credit cards. However, one was great - Marina restaurant - we got there every day for Frutti di mare food. Yami Yami....On the wrong side, too many dogs for my taste all around. You need to be lucky not to have guests around who leave their little friends in the room barking. We were lucky in this way.

Wi-Fi is bad in the complex J. Room service did not restock shampoo. Had to ask for it on the front desk. TV had only 9 local channels available. Crowded parking area without good organization had to block someone in order to park. Overall this hotel is not really 4 stars. Maybe 3 at the most.
