Not ompressed
The toilet was dirty and not cleaned probably, wet towel left over taps in sink, and shower leaked all over floor and took them over an hour to clean the water up

Upgraded us to a four poster bed room I. Arrival for our wedding anniversary. Bar was a bit crazy with one person serving us and an entire wedding plus other guests. Dinner was outstanding - best meal I’ve had in ages although there was a long wait for first drink then too! will defo come back but they should try to get more bar staff.

4/10 Fair

No free parking
Old fashioned beautiful character Manor House ,our room was a bit tired , and was a long walk from reception to the car park for my disabled guest . The car parking is a joke camera controlled I am a paying guest at your hotel and you charge me £10 to park there sorry not good enough . Inc parking in your tariff or make it complimentary for guests it’s not like you are in a city . I heard people had paid ££££ to have a wedding there and all the guests were charged to park , absolutely disgraceful. The food looked nice but pricey but out of principal I dined out ( because of the parking ) No usb charging points in the room WiFi was a little weak too . Breakfast ok but over priced . Room no where as nice as those advertised when booking although it was set up for disabled guests . Overall disappointed.

Bilbirnie house hotel
New parking arrangements not publicised before trip. An extra £10 a night on top of the room price and meals is extortionate. Electric bays put close to the hotel with well kept car park. No disabled spaces at all. Further away car parks in very bad repair and a long way to walk with suitcases etc. Very grumpy receptionist on arrival l No help with usage particularly with no lift. No disabled facilities at all. Later receptionist very friendly. Excellent meal. I intend to put this on trust pilot also
