Services could be greatly improved.
Upon our arrival we reported to Reception that we had no WiFi connection in our room and that some of the "few" TV channels could not be tuned to no avail. We've spent all of our stay without WiFi, which to me, was a very important and essential facility!

The stay was fine. My only real complaint was the parking facilities. They are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate and park with a larger vehicle

The hotel was really nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Jose was very helpful and was always ready to support regardless of the time of the day. The hotel is in a very good location in the centre close to all the different attractions including the night life and bars . It is difficult to find one location where you close to everything in Budapest as all The attractions are spread out but with the location of the hotel , everything was a short walking distance or a short taxi ride. I would highly recommend this hotel .
