Great experience with few complaints
I can say that my experience was extremely good, the hotel is very modern . The only things i can complain about was the receptionist when we checked in was rude . First I spoke in English with her and then she asked my gf if she speaks German! So first it was rude that she stopped me to speak in German(i dont speak German) second she told her something : you will not have nice view since your partner booked the basic room , and i found it rude since you cant say this to a customer! Second complain was that the curtain in the room was bit broken and they didnt change the cartoon cups for hot drinks. Other than that, the other receptionist on check out was very nice and staff and the spa receptionist were very friendly. Overall, the experience was very good and i advise people to book.

I expect a very serious apology
We rented 4 rooms for 5 nights. 1st room was not cleaned for 3 days. the other room had no shampoo. the daily cleaning was just to fix the bed linen. dirty coffee cup was left on the table for 3 days. they put the used towel on the floor back as a clean towel. The thing I was most angry about was that they knocked on my door at 8 am on the day of check-out and said we came for cleaning. It was the most disgraceful guest I have ever experienced in my life. sorry for the money i spent
