Stayed one night
I stayed one night and booked this hotel because they accepted dogs. I had 2 small problems: I was charged at check in a pet fee higher that what was described at the hotels.com app. When I complained, the staff said it was not their problem if the app had wrong info. I then contacted the hotels.com costumer support, that after a chat with this hotel, said hotel was taking no responsibility for the info they added on the app, so I was offered a voucher from Hotels as a compensation for this. Then the following day, after I checked out, the hotel charged my credit card for the room that had been pre paied. I had to contact again Hotels and they managed to solve the problem. Other than that, room was clean and nice, bed is comfortable and breakfast was fine, considering Covid measures. Thanks Hotels.com for dealing with the issues I had with the hotel.

I bought my room there Expedia, paid 280 for 2 nights.. got to the hotel and had too pay a EXTRA 360 because I'm a local and the judge me upon my age and my tattoos.. I will never stay here again.

I didn’t get the suite that I booked. I paid for 1 king bed but when I got there the staff said they upgraded me which was 2 double beds. I don’t feel like it was an upgrade because I wanted the king suite.
