    I’m not normally one to do reviews as I think it’s better to take things as you find them. However as in the place we stayed for more than a week I feel qualified to give a view and it’s simply this - the property is spacious and in a good location however it is old, tired and in need of a complete overhaul. The couches are so old that comfort has been sat out of them, sitting on them is like sitting on the floor, they are tatty and flaking. The toilet flushes like there is a drought on permanently in the bathroom, so multiple flushes are required. The utensils all need replacing as they have clearly been there for years. I could go on but the point is the property is in a good location and could be great if they upgraded the facilities.

    Happy stay - Thank you

    The reception was extremely kind and welcoming. Thank you! The apartment was spacious (bedrooms a little small), through it was not super clean and furniture a little older. However, we had our dog Eddie with us and this might be the reason. Dog extra pay is 20 GBP per night which we only saw after booking due to being mentioned in the small prints on the site.

    Apartments are ideal for stay in Belfast just not in 2019 as they are opposite a building site with demolition works going on starting before 7am. With no A/C and windows open noise is excessive.

    Pleasantly Surprised By Apartment

    The apartment was very well equipped and more spacious than I had expected. My apartment which was on the 4th floor, had a nice view across the Wyndsor Stadium, The Rise Sculpture and the hills in the distance. The only disappointment I can mention in my view is the 2 sofas were quite uncomfortable and need replacing.
