The place is pleasing and cozy. Great staff that welcome you with hot beverage ang help you with anything. Breakfast looks small but actually it's one of the best ever, even if it looks plain. One bad thing was the bed - two mattresses instead of one, and the bed itself was a bit old and not stable

We very much enjoyed our first visit a year; but not nearly as much this time. Felt like our room was in the staff quarters, noisy and tired. No table one morning for breakfast, yet no help from the staff. And on checking out no one asked how things were. Sadly, will not return.

First of all, have no idea what the Expedia Thumbnail picture is of but it certainly isn't the hotel in question. The impression is that this is a small family run hotel. Good location not far from the train station, maybe 10 minute walk at the most. Over all I liked it. Only problem with the room was that the bed was on wheels for some reason and they wouldn't lock. So every time you got into or out of bed, it moved across the room which was amusing at first but annoying after the first day. Breakfast is minimal and from my observation, the person in charge of the Breakfast, is also the cleaner, is also the waiter/waitress, and is also the front desk clerk and baggage assistant! They could us more people but I am sure they are operating on a tight margin. If you come to Delft, don't do it for the night life...because there ain't any! This town closes at 1730 most nights. If you want to tour the Royal Delft Factory, its not a far walk from this hotel. But, if you want to buy yourself some porcelain bring your banker with you because your going to need him/her!
