I stayed at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge on a 7day business trip in March. The level of service is very satisfying all round from cleanliness of the room,front office staff and the restaurant staff as well. The breakfast arrangement is very well done, with friendly staff and a wide selection of food. It always gave me a good start to the day.

The hotel is big but well run machine, with hundreds of guess. Comfortable room, excellent location and one of the best I've stayed in London. The only criticism is the advance payment did not reflect on check in, and caused issues during the stay.

Great location, terrible service.
We stayed for over a week. At first we were impressed by the location, lobby and modern finishings. It's steps from the London Eye, aquarium, and just across from Westminster. But, it went downhill from there. Checkin took over 30 min. They took down our passport info and new that we were 2 adults and 2 small children. The room layout is perfect for our family as there is a separate area of the pull out couch that was great for the crib. However, the housekeeping was terrible. The bar sink was not cleaned during our stay. They could never provide us with 4 sets of towels after making up the room. We had to call every evening to get extra towels, which took over 45 min to get. We asked them to put a note on our file, that we would like 4 sets each day, yet still had to call back to get enough towels. They even took towels that were left hanging on the towel racks and hooks, but couldn't count and replace them. Bad for environment and bad for customer service. Situation was not rectified, even after talking to Front Desk Manager, who promised he would take care of it. Once we were given 3 foot towels, when asked for body towels. Dirty glassware was left on the tables and not removed. Tea and coffee was not replenished. Overpriced for the lack of basic hotel services. Hotel guest beware. They do not follow through.

A Top Pick
My niece and I just stayed one week in the UK and the Park Plaza Westminister Bridge is a fine choice. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful, with a special shout out to Peter, he was extraordinary from the moment he greeted us at the door. The hotel is close to many things in walking distance and there are several buses that are steps away and a Metro which is a 5 min walk right towards Big Ben. Big Ben is the first wonderfully beautiful landmark that greets you every day. I highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are quiet and CLEAN. Park Plaza Westminister Bridge hotel is a great hotel whether you are staying for a few days or like my niece and me for a week or longer.
