Great hotel, great location.
Very good 1-night experience at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Very conveniently located - highly recommended.

This friendly well-appointed hotel is ideally situated right in the historical centre of Bruges. The furnishings are both grand and exquisite, the rooms large and comfortable and the staff are well trained, helpful and friendly. Breakfast foods are plentiful and very high quality. There is no dinner option in the hotel, but there are numerous quality options on the doorstep. Prices are surprisingly competitive for such a magnificent hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful and very historic building which once housed the court of the exiled King Charles II of Great Britain. It is in a very central location ideal for sightseeing, eating out and shopping. Yet our room facing the canal at the back was mostly incredibly quiet by day and night, even though the centre of Bruges was moderately bustling with tourists and locals. There was a lot of noise from the conversation of customers at the canal-side bar late one evening, but that could easily be shut out by closing the double-glazed window and using the very effective air-conditioning, and the problem didn't recur at any other time. The hotel was immaculately clean and in good order, as was our room every day, and there was a very clear and organised way of dealing with the effects of the current situation, especially the system used for the splendid breakfast buffet. The multilingual staff were always very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again on a return trip to Bruges.

The rooms did not have good sound proofing. For such a standard, you would have expected a better overall experience

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very clean and quite. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Comfortable bed my only disappointment was the pillows too big and lumpy ( I am very fussy about pillows) would definitely stay here again and not hesitate to recommend.

Exceptional 10.0
The hotel has a very authentic feel, with exposed beams in the room intertwined with nice modern remodeling. The lobby is elegant, and makes a nice transition to and from the historic town right outside.

If this hotel isn't setting a benchmark for Bruges then I can't imagine what could. From the moment we arrived, when the very James Bond"esque" lift took our car from a very beautiful side street entrance down into the basement car park, every single feature of this hotel just took our breath away. The most beautiful hotel in the most stunning city I have ever visited in my life. We will definitely be back! ❤🇧🇪
