The property was quite quirky and homely. It was quite old style but the management have kitted it out well with facilities. The only real issue was being totally at the mercy of noise from adjoining units. I hadn't realised that the unit I booked had another upstairs so we could hear footsteps from above all the time and also when the upstairs neighbours were filling and running their spa bath....luckily they were reasonably respectful about timings.

The cottage was okay but very poorly equipped; not enough cutlery, crockery and low quality pans; the a/c was not up to the task of keeping the living area comfortable and the bedrooms has no heat nor a/c. But our main complaint is that the management failed to communicate that access to the cottage was going to be impeded by contractors laying asphalt to the driveways. Indeed, contradictory information was provided by management and various members of the contractor's team resulting in a misunderstanding that resulted in a rude confrontation with the contractor. Management failed to manage guest communications and were absent when we checked out.

Not my cup of tea.
Neat and clean but dated facilities. Easy parking. Easy walk to the township for dining, supermarket, water, jetty, shops and museum. Bed extremely soft causing back pain for myself and husband. Around 5 visible maintenance items that detracted from visual appeal but did not impact on stay except for bathroom door that jammed and no window in bathroom so as enclosed spaces affect me psychologically, I felt discomfort using the facility. Limited kitchenette with plastic tub for washing up. Tap water was not palatable for us so purchased bottled water for our hot drinks. The staff were pleasant and efficient in their service. Too many, this facility would be most suitable, it is just not what we are used too.
