Great place to stay!
This place is new! Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is decorated with a mountain fell but very modern also. The room was very comfortable. This hotel is located within a 5 minute walk of what most of downtown Banff has to offer.

Beautiful clean new hotel right downtown banff. Had an amazing view from our room and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Facilities were very clean and could see they were takkng COVID precautions seriously.

A little getaway
It's a new hotel and we had a relaxing stay. We paid extra for the preferred view and thought it was not worth the money - you are mostly looking at the back alley and the buildings behind the hotel. Considering how you can get a much better deal for hotels that are a few more blocks down from downtown I would say this hotel is over priced and not worth the $20 extra per night for parking. They also don't clean rooms between nights, only taking garbage out. They did not make bed or change towels or wash the coffee cups we've used. I believe they only start cleaning rooms after the 3rd night. Should say that in the fine print before booking But it is one of the newest hotel in town and walkable to everything. If that's important to you then it's a good hotel

A New Gem In Town
Very convenient that it is close to everything in town. I love the rear entrance as it is an easy access to Bear St. strip where there are restaurants, coffee shops, spa/massage places, retail shops, etc. The hotel may be on a busy street but it was quiet inside the hotel. The staff were very friendly. We were also lucky that there were not a lot of tourists and guests that the staff let us check-in early. 'will definitely be back.

Great night away
I lOVED IT!!! Can't wait to visit again. I will be staying here again.the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The location is great. The rooms are amazing well decorated and modern ( beautiful) the bed were so incredibly comfy. The room still smelt new ( don't know if I'll experience a new hotel again, it was nice) Only cons...I'm not a huge fan of the paid parking ( dont like paid parking any where, i usually to avoid hotels with paid parking) . Also it kinda sucks that the check in has moved to 4 pm and check out is 10 am. ( i do understand covid and extra cleaning)

Great location.
Very good service , friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Would have liked a bigger lounge and chairs in the bedroom. We had a king bed with only one chair. There is usually a couch or two chairs. Didn’t like the sliding door in bathroom. Very heavy and could catch children’s fingers..
