First timer pleased
Everything was amazing except the butler in preferred was pointless (barely saw or heard from him and so much missed information) especially on check out day and the front desk staff needs some additional training. There was one lady who definitely did her job. The others seemed like we were an inconvenience to them. The amount of information we had to figure out on our own as first stone guest was frustrating at times considering the amount of money we paid for preferred. I’d recommend scheduling it own spa service and booking excursions directly on your own. So many questions, they couldn’t answer or even help lead us in the right direction. Luckily we didn’t mind exploring. All the other staff was amazing! Plenty of entertainment, if you don’t want to leave the resort (although we did). Love that there’s sports to be active as well. Plenty of bars, no real wait for drinks which is great. We didn’t eat as much as we could have but definitely make reservation when you can or order room service at least 1hr before your hungry (takes long time). Only lines were for lunch/dinner. Personally I hate lines lol so I’d rather order in and chill while I wait :) Room’s definitely could use some sprucing up, mostly bathroom area looks old and some spots with yucky stains, however we were barely in our room and didn’t think much of it. Nothing showed shoes can’t fix lol. Shower water pressure and temperature was the best I’ve had in my life. I would return but will try the main side.

Property was incredible, well maintained, beach was so clean and swimming was perfect. Food was pretty good, last night at Himitsu was best meal. Breakfast was good everyday. Service at piano bar seemed to be based on who gave the biggest tip, otherwise you would wait along time at bar. Best bet is to use the waitresses, they were awesome.

The property was accommodating but needs major renovations. Fixture were falling off of the walls and into my hands while in the bathroom. I found a water bottle underneath my bed in my suite, which means they aren’t sweeping.
