Hotel was in a great location and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Note there is no one on the main desk at night, but it is easy to access the hotel via a code on the door at night. There is lots to do in the area around the hotel, and there is a taxi rank within a 2 minute walk. The only issue we had, was the room could have done with a little tlc, the sink tap was loose and all the walls had marks on them, apart from that we didn't have any issue during our stay.

We only stayed overnight but it was the right price in the area we wanted. Pros: fair price for location, breakfast included, staff was very helpful, located so close to shopping/dining/monuments. Located in a road that is suppose to be pedestrian only but some small cars got thru. Cons: the room we had was a bit cramped and if you leave your windows open, it gets a bit noisy from people talking loudly. If you come early before the room is ready, there is no luggage room (luggage left in lobby area). Overall, we would say there again.

Far from a palace
Location of the hotel is great and is located in old Rome. It’s very convenient to many of the sights including The Vatican. The hotel staff was also very friendly. However, the room is significantly smaller than the online photo. We stayed in the room with the patio in the top floor. We had to actually take the elevator to the third floor and walk up a couplr of flights of stairs to get to our room, which was annoying when you have luggage and is not handicapped accessible. The room also needs to be repainted ans there are scuff marks on the walls. There is also mold on the ceiling in the shower. I was very disappointed and would not stay here again.
