Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Woodland Hills

Well the front desk lady was not the most present person to walk up too. Then after we had already went to bed we had some guys walk into our room. They said they were given keys to our room as well and left immediately. But let me tell you it was just 2 girls in a room and then to have someone barge in on you in the middle of the night scared the crap out of us. We were not able to sleep after that. Went to tell the front desk lady and she really didn’t say anything or even try to help us with the matter. The next day our keys didn’t work to our room so went back downstairs to get new ones and lady was still not very nice about it like it was our fault your hotel gave our our room keys to someone else. Needless to say this is the worst experience I have ever had and not sure I would stay here or at any of your chains for that matter if this is how things are handled. So sad and disappointed because we usually love your hotels.

From the moment we checked in, Sia at the front desk made us feel very welcomed. Every staff member was friendly and always went the extra mile to make sure our stay ways great.

Overall kind of disappointed with our stay. When we got to the hotel there had apparently been an altercation right before we got there that the staff was finishing handling. That wasn’t really an issue to me since I didn’t mind waiting. It wasn’t the staffs fault. I did, however, find it extremely unprofessional that one of the girls who was working the front desk kept asking the person checking us in if she would be okay later and kept telling her to call the cops if it happened again. She then proceeded to hug the lady checking us in, tell her she loves her multiple times, and hurriedly leave, only to come back in a few minutes later holding a dog. After checking in, the first room we were given we couldn’t even get into because either someone was still in the room or it was locked from the inside. After getting this worked out, we were given another room which we could get into. Unfortunately we weren’t able to shower though because the water never got warm, and the tub just filled up with water and never drained. There was also a bunch of sports teams who were super loud and left a mountain of trash NEXT TO the trash can in the hallway that just sat there for almost a whole day.

The lady working the desk tonight was awesome. Kind, helpful and just all around wonderful!

SIA at the front days is Heaven Sent... She was wonderful!!! Hotel clean and well lit...Room was comfortable, spacious and clean....

It was in one of the busiest areas in Tulsa but I will stay in this hotel again very clean room great staff the only problem I say is that the bristo isn't open due to covid-19. a private Street just for the hotel. Lots of great restaurants nearby

Was a very nice place. The only thing was that we smelled a smell in the lobby and in the elevators.

The ladies at the front desk are exceptional, one oof themeven remembered my laststay there several months ago. All the staff are super nice.

Tess was the first person I met and I fell in love with her. She was so pleasant and kind. She was professional and knowledgeable. We had a nice conversation and I would visit this location again just to visit with Tess. BUT... we will visit this hotel again because it was so AWESOME!!!

The hotel did not receive our reservation. They could not find anything from orbitz. I had to register & pay them. I tried calling you & couldn’t get through after a 30 minute hold. I’m very disappointed & expect to get orbitz to refund my money.
