Overall nice property. Rooms were lovely and rooftop pool was a highlight. Service staff was kind! Reception did not acknowledge my platinum status with hotels.com and did not do anything special for my 30th birthday (all mentioned in the notes) which was disappointing.

Great Hotel with two small drawbacks
The Hotel and the Staff are great, comfortable beds, clean pools. With that said, the Hotel could use an upgrade in the Kitchen staff, Tacos were a little lack luster, and all the food we tried was blend and not well executed. Hence we went most of the days into town. If they kitchen would have resembled some of the intown locations - they would have captured more revenue. For example the varieties of Al Pastor Tacos @Panchos in town or the marinated Angus Steak Fajitas @Republic, would have been great at the romantic top Floor at night. And the second, now regular bus schedule top town, 11AM and 11:30AM but nothing in the afternoon. So you have to use the cab all the time.

Breathtaking Beach Views with infinity pools
Beautiful resort with outstanding ocean view. I would place its on 5 stars if not attacked by rain season bugs every where along hallways and even they came inside the room with an opening hole. But they are no harm just be aware if you can afford it. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is average , but scenic is the best place to stay with affordable price.

Beautiful , clean property perched on a top of a hill with amazing ocean views from everywhere in the resort . The room exceeded our expectations with a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom area. It is a 10 min taxi drive away from town if you want quiet and relaxation and nothing accessible within walkable distance. There is also a beautiful beach down the hill with beautiful clear waters only a 5 minute drive away. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond. It is a very safe and secure property. You are asked for your name and room number every time you leave and enter property as well as taxis and Ubers plates and numbers are documented . The breakfast buffet was delicious and different every day and made to order omelettes were also available. The food in the sky terrace was also delicious with lots of options, however, a bit pricey. And if you are into fitness, there is a full size gym downstairs that was an added bonus for us. We loved our stay and will be back.
