Checking in & rooms were fine. Unhappy that no breakfast available on Sunday. Evening meal was fine for most of the party but mine was a wrong order & by the time I received the correct one others had finished. Meal was undercooked.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had received some recent furnishing updates. The restaurant food was excellent. Our only small gripes were that the room was VERY hot mainly due to the hot weather but also because the radiators had been left on. Also, the mattress was in need of replacing as the springs had gone.

The Brassiere is lovely, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are very much in need of an update. Having said that they are clean.

Basic accommodation
Very basic hotel room in a small town. The room is clean but there are items in disrepair. Two of the lights don't work, the mattress in the bed is past it's prime and the TV is about the size of a postage stamp (which also didn't work). There is mold in the ceiling cracks in the bathroom. They did have wifi which is pretty good. My room also was near a busy roadway and a bus stop right outside my window. Survived for one night...

The hotel accommodation unfortunately looked very dated and would benefit from a makeover. The bathroom suite and tiles looked like they could be at least 20 years old. The sink in the bathroom had several cracked tiles and there was mould on the sealant around the bath, this could be easily fixed. Room decor was very basic and the free internet would only work whilst sitting at the table and not sitting on the bed. The staff on the other hand were friendly and welcoming.
