Parking was a little pricey. Overall great room worth paying extra for city view and suite for comfort.

The room was spacious & looked clean, but it wasn’t soundproof. I could hear the people on the next room talking loudly after midnight. The bed & pillows were comfortable, but paying extra for “city view” isn’t worth it in my opinion. & parking was absolutely ridiculous! $30 a night for only 3 small floors of parking with ridiculously small parking spaces. It was hard finding parking for our suv with other people pretty much using 2 parking spaces.

when we got to the hotel, our room was not ready but the front desk guy was so amazing. he kept us updated on the room. we did wait about an 30 min to an hour for our room to be ready, but once we did he checked us in pretty quick. once we got into the room, the room was very clean. nothing wrong with the room. we got a very nice view of the space needle. All the staff was amazing. thank you stay of Hyatt Place. will be back to this hotel

The parking was hard to find if you came back later to the hotel. People parked terribly and took up multiple spots at a time because they parked so bad. I was not able to park in the parking ramp due to this. So I paid for parking that I could not use.

Everything was great. Only negative is the breakfast was taken away from a family after us because it was after 9. Family was there and they took it all away.

I loved that it was right next to the space needle and close to other places. Andrea I believe is her name she made us feel comfortable, she provide everything else we needed.

Comfortable hotel and convenient location. Would prefer to have a microwave in the room, not just in breakfast area. An in room safe would be nice too. Room was cold - kept cranking up the heat. Noisy neighbors at 5:30am one night. Otherwise good stay.

I paid extra for a top floor with a great city view- instead of receiving a great view I got the other side which was just construction and loud. It was hardly at capacity so I know they could have put me on the side facing the non construction area with a great view of the space needle.

The inside of the hotel was beautiful and very clean. Our room was nice. The bed amazing. Our view, even though it wasn't of the Space Needle, was spectacular! Such a stunning view of down town from the 9th floor. Some people in the high rise apartments still had their Christmas trees up and lights, so that was a beautiful site. Also seeing a huge star on one of the buildings, a BLM in lights, and a huge 12 in blue on one building. I just love the city. But i do feel they need to clean up outside. It was VERY filthy. I understand being in the downtown area its dirty anyways, but a broom does wonders.
