Great but noisy!
It was great for kids and our kids loved it. However, the one let down was the noise, the walls are so thin and people in the hallways and staircase during the night making so much noise. It did stop though after someone came out and told everyone to quieten down. I wouldn’t stay here unless you have some munchkins to entertain.

Great family escape
Kids had an absolute ball! The water park was a huge it with them. Over all it was a great mini holiday for our family and you don’t have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to as everything is there

I cannot speak anymore highly about this resort. It is absolutely amazing for the kids. The staff are so friendly and caring. The food and drinks were great. Always extremely clean. I cannot fault them. I can’t wait to go back again :-)

Our room looked nothong like any of the pictures. The room was dated, carpet was worn out and shower was rusty and shower head was placed to low for most adults. Also our room had a front row view of the hotel trash cans which allowed for a trash truck wake up call early in the mornings.

This truly is kids heaven! Plenty to keep children occupied in a safe and very fun environment. The range and scope of activities was very impressive. However, healthy options when dining in the resort were very limited and our room was missed in the daily refresh. The front office staff were all particularly helpful and friendly.

Great holiday overall. How ever the kids club could do with more staff helping out or the staff that are already there interacting with the younger kids. My 2 boys(5 & 6years) went into the kids club once during our stay and didn't want to go back they really disliked it and it's unlike them to dislike were other kids are etc. But the hotel the room service and everything else was pretty amazing!

Beware if you have young children in the pools
Was so disappointed we stayed the weekend before and had the best time wver went again the following weekend and they had obviously upped the chemical doses in the pool my poor 5 year old receieved chemical burns to her whole body and not one staff member or duty manager could tell me when I aksed what chemicals they used or if they eveb had msds sheets on it was annoyed as we had dr out who confirmed it was from the chemicals but not one staff member or manager checked in on us when they knew what had happened
