Parking was pesky but easy access to hotel from parking garage. Would be nicer if it was more safe. However, the hotel and staff were beyond amazing. I loved the hotel and history. Must stay.

Awful customer service. Room had not been cleaned (old food found in bed linens), hotel made no attempt to fix it or clean room. Told us to deal with it or leave since they were busy (race weekend). They also seemed very hostile to us since we booked via Hotels.com and not them directly.

Love staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Downtown Tulsa. Love the location and that restaurants and BOK are within walking distance. The hotel is always clean and staff have always been friendly and courteous.

Within walking distance of good restaurants, Tivalo is right next door, and the Tulsa PAC. Only negative was breakfast at the Bistro. The food, once we got it, was very good but the one girl having to deal with all the customers and having to keep going into the kitchen was painful to watch. But she kept smiling and delivered everyone's food with a smile. Get the lady some help and why in the world does she have to go to the kitchen for the coffee..
