Food was a lot better than we thought it would be but the staff were unbelievable and really made our trip. They were amazing to us and really looked out for our 3 year old daughter. I can’t praise them enough. It is too difficult to name everyone (and we would as they were all amazing), but in particular Ziner, Ayoub and Moncef were great. They really made our trip and will be the reason we return

Great staff, beautiful resort, good food. I recommend it. Two minor issues. The bed is made out of rocks and this loud music at the pool is very annoying.

Amaxing holiday returning for the 6th time. Loved every second food fantastic plenty of choice, friendly staff, great room we were up graded to a suite !! Highly recommended to anyone. Lovely warm heated pool .drinks were good too.

The staff were not very friendly and could be quite rude at times and tried to help them selves to our cigarettes on several occasions. Receptionist was quite miserable upon checkin. The glasses in the bar were filthy and had signs of the previous cocktails still stuck to the glass. The food was very hit and miss, some nights were good some night were a struggle and we just ate a few pieces of bread (even staying with friends who were not fussy eaters still found it difficult) The rooms were very nice, although the door handle came off in my hand and both the bath plug and sink plugs were broken... We were supposed to have a bottle of wine included with our stay in the room, we had to phone reception 6 times over 2 days for this before it arrived. My friends received theirs but then the cleaners took the glasses out of the room, so we couldn't drink it anyway. We just wanted a few glasses of wine in the room before dinner and a game of cards, fairly simple task was just made difficult... Not the 5* experience we had hoped for. This hotel is more like a 3* at best. The staff in the Spa were very pleasant and the treatments were good, however the spa looks nothing like the photos online or in the room brochures. The pool looked like it needed a good clean, there was a lot of algae on the bottom. We stayed in another 4* hotel a few days before this place and we enjoyed ourselves much more. Personally I wouldn't stay again but we spoke to a few people who said they would.

Staff were excellent and the hotel was very nice. Could do with a repainting in the rooms. Food in the main restaurant was a bit hit and miss at dinner time. Free shuttle service into town is a great incentive this hotel offers, the journey is approximately 15mins and they run on time every hour. Would recommend this hotel for sure.

We had a fabulous week here. We were all inclusive and the food was just amazing. So many delicious choices. We used the free shuttle bus to the Medina which picked us up both ways on time. The hotel staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We visited in November and one of the outside pools was heated so we were very happy that we could use this facility.We loved the daily cookery lesson, the staff made it great fun. We also took part in the shooting. We would definitely return to this hotel!
