Uncooperative Staff.
This motel was fully renovated. The room was spacious and the microwave was a nice touch. The only problem we had was when we checked in. We had booked two nights but at check-in, due to unforeseen, we wanted to only stay one night. The staff was very uncooperative and insisted we pay for two nights even if we only stayed one night.

Great Stay!
The rooms are incredibly quaint with a sliding barn door for bathrooms, cool shower, and amenities that include a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay
It's was a nice renovated r Place. I just hate the floors but everything else was good. Price was good. No inside desk but a few blocks away at there sister property you can check in or use there app. We had a few issues the first night and they went above and beyond to make us happy.

Best Motel ever.
This motel is one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. I found it to be nicer then a lot of hotels in Banff. Would stay here again for sure.

The beds were very comfortable and there were multiple different thicknesses of pillows. The rooms was very spacious with microwave and a small fridge. The downside for me was the food left in the fridge from I’m assuming the previous occupants. As well as a couple long hairs that were on the bathroom floor. I am assuming they fell from a cleaners head. The blackout drapes weren’t great and there was a space so if somebody wanted to peek in the could. Check in was down at the caribou and didn’t bother me one bit, they were very polite and helpful and gave me the late checkout I requested. I would stay again as the price was right.

Lovely motel
This motel was a great option for our overnight trip! It was spacious, clean and had super cute features you don’t often see! Glass cups in the bathroom and by the ice bucket, glass coffee mugs, a kettle and coffee maker, microwave and fridge! They also had Rocky Mountain soap company items in the bathroom! Would 10/10 stay again!
