The staff here is amazing. They are always so helpful when I come to Pala. This is my place t not only gamble but to relax. The rooms are spotless,At least this has been my experience . I have never been disatisfied at the service of this hotel. There is one very important to note. Children are allowed in the hotel however they are not allowed in the pool area. which is only for adults and the casino adaults only. Still you will have fun in a clean secure inviorment.
