Really bad place
As we arrived at the hotel there was 2 mattresses in the main hall of reception and people ready to sleep there, there was a lot of guys talking very loud and when we arrived everyone getting close to us like the next entertainment... Discousting energy really, feels dirty and bad vibes so we didn't stay at all, we ask for compensation

The hotel seemed to be in the middle of reconstruction/refurbishment when I stayed in Feb 2020. It needed it - tired, old bathrooms, ceilings where mould had grown and the like. The location, though fairly central in Chandigarh and not too far from the museums isn't close to the government quarter or many restaurants Worse than either of these was the utter amateurism of the staff. Several seemed barely able to understand English. Room service orders were mixed up and requests for information and assistance not answered clearly. I'd say avoid until they've completed the refurbishment and got more professional staff
