We stayed at Ibis Hotel and overall the experience was disappointing.
To be fair, the breakfasts were good — we really enjoyed them. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
This hotel might be suitable only for a very short stay (1–2 nights), but it is absolutely not adapted for longer stays.
There are several serious issues:
• No toilet brushes in the bathrooms, which is a basic hygiene necessity.
• The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable — it was almost impossible to sleep.
• The pillows are worn out and lumpy, causing neck pain.
• There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, so you can’t even make tea or have warm water.
Another major inconvenience is the toilet on the ground floor. It is accessible only with a room key. If your flight is later and you’ve already checked out, or if you arrive earlier and are waiting in the lobby, using the restroom becomes a real problem. This is very inconvenient and, honestly, feels disrespectful to guests.
Overall, the hotel does not meet expectations in terms of comfort and basic amenities.
