Great place, awful service!
Hotel itself is a great location and easy to find within the CDG Airport complex. Room was a great size and the beds were very comfy. Unfortunately it was the service that let it down. We were checked in by staff who seemed very uninterested in helping us, no information given on the wifi and we were ignored when asked about the faulty air con in our room which became unbearably hot - we chose the noise from an open window rather than the heat in the end! Such a shame as the hotel is lovely, bar area downstairs is great and it was really affordable compared to other hotels around the airport.

Disappointing
Shower stall was not fully clean. The check-in staff was clearly unhappy with their job, and not wanting to be there. Unfriendly, rude and somewhat disrespectful to guests were displayed. I felt unwelcome at check in for the first time in my 30 year traveling internationally.

The room was dirty, the bed didn’t have a real mattress, they had plastic sheets that didn’t stay in the bed. The bathroom was smaller that than a cruise ship and the shower leaked all over the floor. Lobby looks nice but staff were dismissive and rude
