      Dirty

      We have stayed here before, but this hotel has gone down hill. It was extremely dirty and I am pretty sure that the room had not been cleaned before we arrived, as there was used soap in the shower. The rugs in the rooms and through out the hotel are filthy . There was a mask laying on the floor of the elevator and bags of garbage in the hallways outside the rooms for the entire length of our stay. There was a teen basket ball team staying there and they ran up and down the hallways late into the night! Also I do realize that because of COVID they are not able to serve a buffet style breakfast , but what they provided was a bag breakfast that consisted of orange juice and chocolate chip cookies ! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay there again.

      This hotel's evening staff was terrible, but nice

      Terrible customer service. Gave us a smoking room with cigars floating in toilet. Told no other rooms available. Had reserved non-smoking king room. Second party arrived later and was told no room available for guaranteed/pre-paid reservation. We were then told we had been given other party's room mistakenly and were moved to king suit (they mysteriously found a room). Move everything only to find the new room was unmade. Went to front desk and were finally moved to second king room. I was told I was given the other party's room by mistake eventhough when checking in I provided MY MALE DRIVER'S LICENSE but was put in a room reserved for a FEMALE and her family and I was blamed for the mistake and was made to move twice. Check-out in the morning was another fiasco. First time complaining when using Hotels.com The website did everything right. This hotel's night staff was the worst ever. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Hotels.com is still great. Not their fault.

      Not a friendly environment

      Their system would not take my credit card to hold incidentals. I was forced to use their Mac machine to give them cash at an additional $3. And no it was not a prepaid card. Bank of America- it’s was a scam! They sent me to dirty room, and to come back down wait another 30 minutes to send me to a room where the tv did not work. I booked a king suite, everything should work! I stayed for 2 nights and just not happy

      Even though my stay was completely paid for I had to give my credit card information. I was told that a $100 charge would be applied to my card or I couldn't check in. The charge was for incidentals and the $100 would be returned to me as long as everything was good. Upon check out, I was told the $100 would be returned to me as soon as it was noted that I was checking out. I don't see why I was charged, no one checked the room as I left it. The fee was unnecessary. The room was clean to the eye. The bathroom was missing towels and the floor was very sticky. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely hard. Got out of bed extremely sore. I will not be staying at this location again. If you want a good night sleep, I would not recommend this location.

      Gross, gross. The floors were not vacuumed, the walls were stained, the inside of the lampshades had splatter stains (I don’t know how) was maybe the grossest room I’ve ever stayed in. Toilet seat also was not clean, fire the cleaning company and start over.

      The Manager at the front desk, Ms. Gahndi, was very rude and snappy when we asked for towels for our room that wasn't in there as they should be, She was slow as molasses doing front desk transactions and had people waiting to cross The Red Sea, Bad Service
