A real bang for the buck!!!
This was in a great spot. There. Is a very good italian restaurant right across the street and the hot tub was hot🙂

6/10 Good

There was no breakfast as listed no heated pool as listed. It’s the true definition of a budget hotel. Staff was very friendly!
Amanda, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room and everything was good, sheets and walls were dirty with stains, hot tub water was brown

8/10 Very good

Might stay again if food were available.
There was no breakfast as advertised. Breakfast was a main consideration of our stay as I dont drive, so this was a major inconvenience. Other guests were loud and messy. Someone was smoking weed on our floor and I have COPD. Other guests hogged the hot tub and pool, and left multiple children unattended. They were rowdy and loud, jumping into both pool and hottub. We had no chance to use the pool at all. Staff was great, though. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They tried hard to clean up behind messy and rude guests.

Terrible Stay
Room was dirty when we got there, was given another room and then the keys didn’t work. Our new room had water stains on the ceiling, beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pool area looks very neglected. I do believe that they are remodeling but they had boxes in the hallways of new bed frames but you could barely get by them which I believe to be a hazard. Would not recommend.

2/10 Poor

Not worth it. Dirty. Disappointing.
Dirty room. Bugs on the floor near balcony door. No breakfast and they didnt say anything about it when checking in and when breakfast time came there was no staff around to ask anything. Didnt see any staff at all in the morning when trying to check out either. I only saw one staff member the whole stay and i had to wait for about 10 minutes to check in. Pool was closed. Workout room was closed. Great location but everything else was terrible.

Dont stay here
Pool and hot tub was not operational, rooms were cold regardless running heaters at max heat. Lobby was cold. Not food service as promoted. Short staff and manager was not familiar with location controls. Rooms and elevators had odor. Shower tub stayed clogged. No drainage fluid available or maintenance staff. Had to get a bottle of Coke from clerk to dissolve backup in shower. Get what you pay for..should not even be renting these rooms. BestWestern should remove their logo off the door.

Not the best
They were in the midst of a remodel so things were understandably quite messy. They advertise breakfast but don't offer it in the off season which is not stated anywhere. In fact, when we asked at check-in where we should go for breakfast the next morning we were pointed in the direction of where it would be. Should have been honest right there. There was no hairdryer in the room and the one I went to the desk to get didn't work. The man at the desk the next morning was very frustrated that we didn't look harder for one in our room. But it took three hairdryers to find one that worked. It just felt very much like they weren't being honest and got frustrated with us when we asked for clarification.

Not as advertised
It was nasty from the start. Our room lights didnt work. When we flushed the toilet it flooded the floor they refused to give us a different room it woild take up to 14 days to get a refund so we just stayed for the night. The pool wasnt heated like advised. The room smelt of some serious mold. The breakfast tasted like it had been reheated all week and just put out each morning. It was really bad experience

Worst HOTEL EVER
Our stay was absolutely miserable. We booked a jacuzzi room in which we didn’t get and didn’t know until we paid for our room. There was bed bugs. The bathroom toilet and sinks all leaked. Trash was all over the property where they had carried garbage out and never took it to the dumpster. The receptionist was really rude. The pool area smelled like the Tennessee river when dead fish are laying around in the summer heat. The light outside our balcony door was barely hanging up. The balcony sliding door didn’t lock. Breakfast was gone before the ending of service and no other food was replenished. Sorriest service and stay ever!!
