Compact but comfortable room. Great additional services - gardens were nice and relaxation lounge was enjoyable. Restaurant breakfasts were fantastic. Check-in experience with a kiosk felt impersonal but I could imagine that many would actually prefer it.

Just what I needed after a long 10 days of travelling Japan. Staff are super friendly and helpful and speak English well, room has luxurious amenities and location is superb - Shibuya and Akihabara just a couple of stops away thanks to being so close to Suidobashi station. Highly recommended!
