    Excellent room with very comfortable bed. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. One sour note was the charging for small bottles of water- and not cheap at that. Only hotel that I have stayed at whilst travelling in Turkey that has done this.

    トイレの水の溜まりが遅く、時間がたたないと次が使えない。値段が高いにもかかわらず、置いている水も有料、大した話ではないが気分の問題。電話した時に英語で対応するスタッフがいない。wifiのパスワードがチックイン時に案内がなかった。ANI遺跡までのガイドさんの手配を事前に頼んだら、いいガイドさんが手配された。

    Kar's Otel'de 4 kişilik bir aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Otelin genel standardı bölge otellerine göre çok yüksek. Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu. Biz aile odasında konakladık. Kahvaltıda seçenekler artırılabilir. Özellikle Kars gibi süt ürünlerinin meşhur olduğu bir bölgede tereyağ, kaymak, bal ve özellikle peynir çeşitleri artırılabilir. Genel olarak kahvaltıdaki ürünlerin lezzeti yerindeydi. Otel çalışanları ilgili ve profesyoneldi. wifi hızı fena değil ihtiyacı karşıladı. Geliştirilebilir alanlar olarak; odalarda minibar ve kasa olsa iyi olur. Hem odalardaki hem de banyodaki kalorifer petek sayısı veya büyüklüğü artırılırsa Kars'ın hava koşulları düşünüldüğünde daha konforlu bir konaklama sağlanmış olur. Genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldık otelden. Fiyat performans olarak iyi diyebilirim. Tekrar Karsa gelirsek tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. Teşekkürler.
