Although the main area was a little dated the rooms were modern, clean and had all necessary amenities. The staff were fabiulous so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Special shoutout to Liz who looked after us during breakfast (fabulous service and a genuinely nice person) and th gentleman who was th night porter. Good Parking ( Top car park off the hill to the left is much easier with luggage ) Friendly Staff , Clean / Warm and comfortable room. Leisure facilities clean and all in service - one issue was space in the pool etc , it seems locals use the site and have a right of passage to the pool / Jacuzzi as we were twice subtly forced to leave the pool as people took their position and left us no choice. Suggest an hour either side of the normal operating hours when the hotel rooms are busy just for guests to use the facilities - not a complaint , just a suggestion. Otherwise a fantastic stay - we love the Gower as we have family in Penclawdd and visit regularly. Room service spot on too - lovely fresh room to return too each evening - Thanks

We were a family of 11 people having Xmas lunch. The food was excellent and as it was a carvery, you could have as much as you wanted. The staff was very attentive without being pushy. The room was excellent, it was very clean, plenty of coffee, tea. The breakfast, lots of choice from cereals to a full English which was cooked to order and it was superb, everything was tasty. It is a fantastic hotel with brilliant staff.
