A gem of a hotel.
We arrived late after dropping family off at Heathrow, but managed to find a parking space. After a warm welcome, we found our room was spacious and clean. There were takeaways and shops nearby, but we chose to eat in the restaurant. Our food was good and reasonably priced. Our bed was comfortable and the room was just the right temperature. Breakfast choices next morning were plentiful and interesting. All staff we encountered were helpful and polite.

Unplanned stay.
Unfortunately it was an unplanned stay as my mother had an accident on the way to our holiday destination. I booked in here as an emergency measure as it is near the hospital. The staff were excellent, understanding and friendly (especially when I had to book an additional night at short notice, I was able to stay in the same room). The rooms are great with more free extras than a lot of hotels, plus I got a complementary drink at the bar with a voucher upon arrival and residents get 10% off of food and drink at the bar. If you don’t fancy that, there’s nearby shops and takeaways.

2nd visit
The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food I ordered in my room was a little disappointing, but that being said my previous stay and eating in the restaurant was good. Maybe what I ordered the Prawn and Calamari 2 prawns and 3 rings of squid. I would still go back and this was obviously a one off.
