Love the size of the tub! Thanks for the upgrade. The service from breakfast F&B staff were better than Front Office, especially their English proficiency. Housekeeping was polite and provided good service. Breakfast spread was good, but could improve on taste and heating mechanism. The same processed juice was prepared for breakfast, yet the water to cordial juice ratio was not the same, as we noticed that the juice on the second day was more sour. Hotel management should think of safety for staff who Work at Height. Ladder was used from 1st floor to 2nd floor when changing lobby curtain. 2 staff hold the ladder at each floor while the 3rd staff climb to the ceiling, no safety boots nor safety harness was used. Hotel is beside a new mall, just be courageous enough to cross the busy road. Easy to catch Grab to go anywhere.

Great service from Hotel staffs, Friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Good spread of breakfast choices with many local delights! The hotel provide free wifi for only 3 devices but the staff is kind enough to increase the no of devices for me.

Excellent service! They were very professional
I give two thumbs up for the Concierge staffs! Very friendly and attentive. About the rooms.. Some have been renovated but some are still old rooms. There are renovation construction in progress so be mindful of the noises.. They said the construction will stop at 5pm, but it was not.. I can still hear the noises up to 6 or 7pm. Quite disturbing. There was something wrong with the shower water too.. I couldn't set it up to warm. It was either too hot or cold. They need to fix that water heater.
