OK, if you are a foreigner staying in China, this is an amazing hotel to stay at. The staff speaks excellent English and was so helpful in navigating the city, how to get places, and helping us use Chinese apps for discounts, basically anything you need. Very friendly. Great stay, everything as you would wish to have it at a hotel.

Swimming Pool Warning
Bad choice. Hotel staff refused to let my family and I use the pool because we didn't have swimming hats, then tried to sell some to us for 40 dollars a pop. Sure, I get the policy, trying to keep dirty hairs out of the pool, but a heads up would have been nice, an star beside the "indoor pool" service explaining the conditions. Put a sour on our trip. Shame on Holiday Inn and Hotels.com

Perfect stay here
Awesome experience staying here. Great location close to shopping malls, Carrefour, restaurants and bars. 10min walk to the sea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and the breakfast is good. I enjoyed the stay in Qingdao. Will recommend Holiday Inn City Centre to my friends who come to Qingdao.
