Hotel Vittoria

Renovation would help. The location is walkable to most major attractions which is good. But the condition of the hotel is rather old and renovation would help. Squeaky closet, difficult to open doors etc. The staff is helpful but the hardware needs a lot of improvement

Second time staying at Hotel Vittoria and just as the first time we were not disappointed. The hotel is a gem in the center of Brescia and would highly recommend. Cannot wait until our next visit.

At check in, we were given a room that was did not resemble what we booked. We booked a larger room that should have had city views. The first room did not match the text description nor photos, so we returned to the desk to ask for the room we had booked... The woman at the front desk first insisted that the room was what we had booked. Then, when I showed her my hotels.com booking, she then returned with her manager. They conversed in Italian, and then the manager told me that another manager had set up the hotels.com descriptions and they were incorrect and that I should complain to hotels.com! I emphasized that I booked a larger room, paying more, and that it was supposed to have city views. The rooms exist in the hotel, they can be seen on the hotel's own website. In the end, they gave us a larger room, in better condition, facing the city, but on a lower floor with no views. That room was fine, other than being a bit dusty and worn, and not the room that I had booked.

The hotel had lovely décor and a nice luxurious Art Deco style feel. The room however was very disappointing - whilst it was clean and well equipped, it was on the side of a hotel facing what looked like a new extension built to house parties and functions. The roof of this completely covered the lower half of the bedroom window and our "view" was the roof itself. The functions held in the room below were also noisy and had loud music playing late into the evening. A disappointing end to our vacation in Italy given the 5* rating of the hotel

First of all it was shown as a 5 star hotel. It definitely isnt. The rooms are with old furniture, pillows very unconfortable We had two rooms. In one of them there was no safety box,just the hole for it.Toilet paper holder in one bathroom was broken.In one of the rooms I found shorts in the closet which someone has left before.Not really checking after checking out The concierge didn t help with the luggage. Breakfast was good.

Always my first choice when I’ve to go back to Brescia

Nice hotel at very reasonable rate, right in the heart of Brescia.

Hotel was in a great location with a lovely view of the lake on the 4th floor. Staff very helpful and informative. I asked for a room in the 4th which I was lucky to get, but didn’t think about the breakfast terrace on the 5th floor (top) with all the chairs being scraped along the floor from 7.00am just above our room! But that said, we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location in centre and attentive staff looked after me well. The property is a little old fashioned but the bedroom was large and bathroom good.
