6/10 Good

Worst customer experience
The check-in experience was one of the worst and it didn’t help that the front desk staff was super rude. We specifically booked a room with two beds and they had us moving around from room to room because they didn’t know what room had two beds. We finally got our room on the fourth attempt, thanks to the bellboy who insisted to the front desk to give us the room we eventually stayed in. The room itself was ok but the hotel could use an update. To get a towel at the pool you need a ticket you get at check in and if you forgot it or in the case of some of my friends that didn’t get it, you are out of luck, and you’ll just have to air dry. And you better hope it’s not 10pm (closing time) they will literally kick you out, they shut the lights off in the area at 9:50 and yelled at everyone there to leave. I’m not sure how safe the hotel is because my friends that were staying in other floors experienced a sketchy man just standing in the hallways, they got freaked so went to the others room on a different floor for a while then returned to see if the coast was clear. Our final interaction with front desk staff was also a memorable one, we checked out and wanted to have breakfast before we left so we asked if we could leave our luggage there while we did that and they wanted to charge us 20 reals. Never have I encountered a hotel staff so unwilling to help guests, just to point out we were a group of 10 people in their 30s and we all experienced this horrible customer service.
